Why each line matters

ItemWhy we ask
Product and quantitySets the price and the minimum. Quantity changes the best method.
SizesApparel needs a size split. If unsure, we can suggest a typical split.
ColoursBrand colours need matching. A Pantone reference or a photo avoids surprises.
Artwork formatA vector file is cleanest for embroidery and print.
PlacementDefines the size of the logo and the cost. See the placement guide.
Delivery city and dateDecides the shipping option and whether the timeline works.
BudgetHelps us propose something that fits instead of something you cannot afford.
Reorder potentialA product you will reorder is worth making properly the first time.

Files to send

  • Logo as vector: AI, SVG or PDF. If you only have PNG or JPG, send it anyway.
  • Brand colours: hex or Pantone codes, or a brand guide.
  • References: photos of products or styles you like.

Common mistakes

  • "500 black caps with our logo." That leaves out style, fabric, method and date, so the quote is a guess.
  • No date. Without a deadline we cannot say whether the timeline works.
  • Too many options at once. Start with one or two products and add more later.
  • Changing artwork after approval. It costs time and money once production starts.
  • Skipping the sample on a new product. A sample is cheaper than a wrong batch.

What happens next

  1. We review your brief and reply with questions or a quote.
  2. You approve the quote.
  3. We prepare a mockup, and you approve it.
  4. We make a sample if you want one, then produce.
  5. We pack, ship and share tracking.

Frequently asked questions

What information do you need for a quote?

Product, quantity, logo file, where it goes, delivery city and the date you need it. Colours, sizes and budget help too.

What file format should my logo be?

A vector format such as AI, SVG or PDF is best. If you only have PNG or JPG, send it and we will advise.

How fast will I get a quote?

Usually within one to three working days, depending on how complete your brief is. The clearer the brief, the faster the answer.

Can I order a small test batch first?

Often yes, depending on the product. Tell us what you would like to test and we will say what is possible.
