For Parkhotel Mondschein's Arise community, we developed a heavy yoga bag that connects movement, function and the hotel's distinctive visual world.

One object, designed around a ritual.
Arise is the hotel's movement community: people who arrive with a mat under their arm and leave a little lighter. The brief was a single object for them, something that would belong to the ritual rather than sit beside it.
We developed a heavy 100% cotton canvas yoga tote with two jobs. On the inside, room for everything a session needs. On the outside, straps that hold a rolled mat flat against the bag, so the whole kit travels as one piece, hands free.
The branding stays quiet: "arise", embroidered in a soft lower-case script on deep black canvas, with contrast handles. It reads as part of the hotel's visual world, not as a souvenir from it.
